  1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

  1. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree that MasonCo LLC dba "Flexpay" may send text messages related to your account and services. These messages are strictly for operational purposes, such as onboarding instructions, payment reminders, account status updates, and service notifications, and do not include affiliated marketing content. Users have the option to opt-in separately for promotional messages, which are unrelated to our operational communications. Users can modify their communication preferences at any time and have full control over the types of messages they receive from us. To opt-out of receiving text messages, reply "STOP" to any message.
